    Reaction at the End

To be fair to the club, when it comes to securing survival on the final day, our record would beat anyone else's.

    Mowbray Interview

Not sure he is pure quality. I'd like him to stay but there are questions as to whether he's the man to move us forward. - Shocking home record - shocking record against teams in and around us - lack of performance in a couple of really huge games (granted we turned up today) - no width -...

    Realistic good signings.

I think Tierney's just retired. Good call about Clarke. We need some pace up top and tuck Tudgay in behind. He was MOM today.

    Reaction at the End

Very respectful and muted response from the players at the end of the game. One of the few moments of the season that I looked at the players and thought 'thats how I want a cov player to act'. there was clearly an acknowledgement that it's been a pitiful season but also respect for Crawley...

Coventry City Highfield Road collector regrets move

Surely Midlands Today have manipulated the cinema thing to make it more of a Coventry City theme. I would bet my house that he rarely watches the footage he filmed of HR in his cinema, and mainly watches films.

One single significant event that shaped our season .......

Either SP switching from 4-4-2 to 3-5-2 or SP switching from 3-5-2 to 4-4-2

Verdict on today and the future.

You're projecting to say I'm using it as an excuse for where we are. Its more than moaning about a wayward ball, it's moaning about everything. 'Why don't you shoot' 'don't shoot' 'sort your passing out' 'can't you kick a ball' Why do you think you have a right to moan? Be positive...

    Subs today

It was leftfield but made sense to me Nick. Tudgay would have been dropping into the hole that Maddison was brought on to exploit. I thought sticking Odelusi up front added pace and thought JOB to RB was to make the supply into the box more consistent.

Verdict on today and the future.

Yes, we've had a tough time following this club but every game - home or away there are at least three people around me who, if the first five minutes don't produce a goal, will moan about everything. Is this reasonable behaviour? For me no, it achieves nothing but create negativity. Worse on...

    There's no 's' in Samuel.

Well there is but only one. Got it off my chest now, thanks.

    What needs to happen?

I can't agree with that Crewee were shite. They got two scrappy goals and we capitulated.

    Are you concerned.....

I think it'll be good to see a little team win the cup again. Plus, what good has that record done us?

    Tony Mowbray

Interestingly my Boro mate messaged me this morning saying 'I see Mogga isn't pulling up trees for you lot'. So if that's the consensus outside of the club, then the chances of him staying are higher

    Player ratings v Colchester

I meant to give Barton a 6 (the same as fleck) I thibk he's a classy player. He made two excellent slide rule passes, one in the first half, one in the second that slipped in a player for a chance. He's the only player we have that has the vision for that. I don't think we have room for him...

    Player ratings v Colchester

BURGE - 7 - good shot stopping at key moments. A little over confident at times. WILLIS - 5 - solid at the back but terrible going forward. Often the source of their attack. PENNO - 8 - classy and confident JOHNSON - 7 - strong but looked a little rusty / Clumsy STOKES - 7 - good in both...

How much have we actually improved under TM?

Willis is solid defensively, but his deliveries are shocking. With Phillips on the flank we would have had many more balls into the box at Notts. I like TM but I think if we had Pressley we'd be in a similar position to the one we're in now.

    Alternative to a New Stadium

If I were Joy I'd definitely be looking at this. (Surely they could even sell the naming rights to a small arena?!?) I didnt realise that the land near the ground would be available. That makes it even more viable and would be better for the club if in the future, if the day comes when we are...

    Alternative to a New Stadium

Agree with this and previous posts OSB58. I think if Sisu are insistent that they need to access alternative revenues (and I can see the strength of this argument), then this is an avenue that they should be considering. Of course, the stadium rent fee will rise should the club rise through...
