It's unworkable, there would be huge potential for conflict. How would stadium revenues be split between the clubs; equally? Pro-rata based on turnover? Based on need? Would be be happy, if we were promoted to the PL, to share the spolis of that with Wasps, or to use money that might otherwise...

Early kick offs - the future?

That would have to be weighed against loss of income from reduced gates. We can all tolerate the odd early kick off, but should it become the norm away days would become far less attractive and followings would suffer. Not only that, those who work Saturday mornings and those who play Saturday...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

That statement muddies the water a bit

    Fixtures wise we're fucked

Great North Run going ahead too and that requires a huge police presence. Also, not sure there is much need for the OB at my daughter's U13 game which has been postponed.

Feel for him, hope he gets through it. I believe Dhillons themselves had to give away a load of beer a few weeks ago too.

Cricket at all levels to resume, meanwhile the FA has told 8 year olds they cannot play. Makes sense.

Disappointing that some are suggesting it is faux outrage. I am genuinely angry at the call they have made - the government literally gave them an open goal to push ahead with fixtures this weekend but they didn't take it. Looks like other sports have. I'm patriotic, not at all anti-monarchy...

Barely come across anyone who agrees with it. Cricket, Rugby (Queen was closer to both of those sports than she was football), even the Great North Run and Elite League ice hockey - all going ahead. But then again, the suits at the PL and EFL have always had their finger on the pulse of the...

I'm genuinely saddened by this news, but as far as I can tell everyone is at work today. Tomorrow, people will be on the High St shopping; pubs will be open, restaurants running as normal and people will be going to the movies. Why is it only football that has to make these grand gestures...

    Supporters forum notes 30/8

Surprised nobody questioned the bullshit about car park b looking like a concentration camp and the suggestion it will be 'extended further'. It doesn't work, hence the need for an enormous police precence. The bill must be huge.

Indeed. Fortunately, Albion fans seem to be doing us a favour by giving it a swerve. No way Stoke, Burnley and Bristol City are going to pack it out at £33 either.

It went on general sale on Monday. I think they should get over 3K by Saturday though.

WBA only sold 2700 as of last night. Price is massively off-putting.

Right then who is in the know… The alleged trouble in the camp?

It is weird. The guy has developed an affinity to the club and the area through his manager and local connections, he goes to games and speaks well of us, but this seems to annoy people. He's hardly adopted us in order to advance his career and grow his global following.

    Wasps downward spiral...

They don't know how to handle it, it just doesn't compute. To them the game is all middle-class back-slapping, dipping cocks in beer and eating artisan pork pies out of the back of Land Rovers. They really struggle when any sort of criticism is levelled at them, especially from football fans.

You can pay more than that at certain grounds in certain premium seats, but nowhere is the cheapest adult ticket (and if you're struggling, you're not looking at the premium seats anyway) more than £33/£34 for any game (not that I have found anyway). Sheff United cat A pricing is pretty eye...

It's actually £34 as they add on the booking fee having included it last season. There's no other ground in the league where the cheapest adult seat is more than that. People paid the £30 last season, helped by the feel-good factor, but going over that £30 barrier given the wider economic...
