What's surprising about Saturday is not how many are going, it's how many are not going. Know loads who won't be at the game, many of whom of are semi regulars. Our active fanbase is much bigger than people realise.

Sure, it's easy to be wise after the event, but the club could have waited. Issue 3K and then take a view 10 days out from the game about the additional 1500. Never in a million years would there have been 10K empty seats, simply by virtue of it being our last home game. We had a gate of 24K...

Doesn't make sense to me. Even allowing for the segregated areas, they are saying there will be as many unsold seats in the ground as there will be Birmingham City fans in attendance. That can't be right.

Lots of clubs who sell out each week do ST buy back schemes, but too short notice to make this work I think.

They may have already sold them to people in the queue. Block 13 i am sure will be sold if it hasn't already.

They've just put the last of the available seats on sale (aside from around 300 in block 13). I imagine there are large numbers planning to get tickets next week completely oblivious to the fact it is this close to selling out.

Especially given that we had 3 Saturday games moved midweek.
