    safe standing 2024

Same here. Last 15 seasons we've played at CBS I've been in block 16 and always stood. Like it there. If they clamp down will have to move, but possible that safe standing will have sold out by then. Tough one, but I get the feeling everyone will continue to stand in any case.

    safe standing 2024

Moaning or asking questions? That's all I am seeing. Either way, good. A fanbase full of sycophants that question nothing is a fanbase destined to be screwed over eventually.

People already stand in parts of 17 and 18

    safe standing 2024

Not really what people are saying though. They asked fans where the area should be, they overwhelming said 14-16, so they put it somewhere else. People are simply questioning the logic behind that. Nobody is frothing at the gills over it.

    Family zone ticket exchange

Not surprised. Even for the 'sold out' games against Wednesday, Swansea, Leicester and Leeds, there were empty seats everywhere in that section, far more so than other parts of the ground. None of those games were on a school night. Clearly a lot of abuse of the pricing.

This is a bit odd. If they continue to turn a blind eye to standing in block 16 then not that arsed. If they start to clamp down, then guess I'd have to move, but don't fancy having to give seat up for cup games and quite like where I sit. Guessing everyone will still stand in any case.

    The £500 Premier Season Ticket

Needs to be careful on pricing, we'll see a fall in st sales anyway, so a 10% increase could put many off. I paid the £500 last season but might downgrade next season, especially as my two kids go up an age bracket, so going to sting. ST prices are ok tbh, but match day pricing needs a review...

    Average away support

Leeds had smaller allocations overall, didn't get bottom tier at Millwall or QPR, and less at our place. As for us, only 4 games out of 24 where we didn't sell our full allocation. Good going that.

    What did Ipswich get right?

Doesn't really tally with what we are seeing. Perhaps this is skewed by our form earlier in the season. I think back to those games away Boro and Sunderland and we looked dynamic and dangerous and every bit a top 6 side. Last part of the season we have looked ponderous and predictable. We've...

    Match Thread Ipswich Match Thread

People turning on a player that came on at 85 minutes and moaning that he didn't turn the game around. Fuck me. Palmer has made more starts this season and has scored 4 goals to O'Hares 10, at 538 mpg to O'Hares 201. Palmer doesn't do nearly enough. O'Hare is going anyway, so fill your boots of...

Match Thread Coventry City - Hull City Match Thread - Wednesday 24th Apr

Would have been nice to keep it alive, but never felt it was on in any case. A few need moving on, but we knew that. Just about seeing this season out and going again next. Table doesn't lie at this stage of the season, we just weren't quite good enough in the end.

How did We'll Live and Die in these Towns start before kick offs?

Was just the full song, but yeah should do the same.

Think it will be quite flat on and off the pitch. Also predict scores of tweets from the usual suspects with screen shots of empty seats and laughing emojis. Staying off twitter after the game.

    Fa cup tickets

They got it right in terms of how they were distributed, but the timescale was off. Shouldn't have needed to shift the last few 2 days before the game. Week long priority windows were a bit pointless. Everyone buys in the first 2.5 hours of the window and we hardly sell any for next 6.5 days...

    Doug King on Talksport 19/4

17th lowest? You're making that up no? £17m wage bill this season, and we still lose half a million a month, so player sales have to cover that to an extent, even allowing for increased commercial revenues.

    QPR tickets

Is there another set of supporters anywhere that is urging their own club to raise prices? It's weird and of course it is often season tickets holders calling for this as they are not impacted. Just as quick as crowds rise, they can fall again. We have a mediocre season and the demand falls...
