Expect that 7 years ago CCC and Higgs would have been demanding at least £12miillion for ACL with the remainder of a 25 year lease and large loan to pay. In those 7 years the club paid more in rent than Wasps have done for the whole lot and a 250 year lease thrown in. Seems fair.
