    Match Day Experience

I mentioned on the other thread about having City fans behind both goals. Hard to see that they would move away fans under the old scoreboard now if that is the area where the new club shop will be. I can’t see where else away fans would go. If they are to remain behind the goal at the Tesco...

    Membership shirt

I had an email yesterday saying that wrongly placed shirts were being collected and that mine should be then sent out, can’t give a time for arrival. Being picky maybe, but not thrilled to be receiving a shirt that someone has been wearing for the past two weeks. What if they had sweaty...

    What next?

I agree with all of that about Brighton. The one downside were the traffic problems outside of the ground and trying to find somewhere to park. If I went again I would definitely park away from the ground and use the train.

    What next?

I'm sure that there was some sort of museum during the latter days at HR. I'm not sure what the exhibits were or what happened to them but they are surely somewhere in safe keeping?

    Membership shirt

My son has had his, still waiting for mine. I was hoping to wear it for the first (returning session) of walking football at the end of this month.

If you could have one new thing at the Ricoh

I think it would be great to have City fans behind both goals. Leicester, whose stadium is similar, manage to have their fans at both ends. It would require a bit of creative thinking with regard to entrances, exits and concourse use, but should not be beyond the wit of man to safely achieve this.

    Overachieving

Someone sent me this with the details of Blues players weekly wages. I can't verify how accurate it is but if anywhere near true shows how ludicrous the salaries at some clubs are.

    Strikers next season

In the first 11 games we conceded 23 goals. We were shipping over 2 goals a game. The whole team was getting used to life in the Championship, we were without, Kelly, Rose and Dabo for most of those games. Also, Osti had only just arrived before the start of the season. Robins then changed...

    Strikers next season

That's the defence which in the last 4 games against Norwich, Brentford, Swansea and Blackburn have conceded 4 goals?

I’m not trying to appear holier than thou, but I can honestly say that I have never shouted abuse at our own players during a game. Isn’t the definition of a supporter someone who tries to improve performance through encouragement? If you look back through match threads it is the same people who...

Match Thread Blackburn Match Thread - 27th Feb - 3PM Kickoff - Ewood Park

What you say here is what I would feel. I am totally biased, but I am biased for our team and our players. What appears on the match thread is an avalanche of negativity. Translate that to a match day and you have the people who ‘support’ their team by hurling abuse at their own players and want...

Match Thread Blackburn Match Thread - 27th Feb - 3PM Kickoff - Ewood Park

I never look at the match thread during the game as it would distract from what is going on on the pitch and I also avoid this thread after a defeat. I thought I would have a look after what I thought was a reasonable performance and result. The collective wisdom of SBT tells me that McFadz is...

    Steve Hunt

The game was actually against City Supporters Club. I played for Supporters and I played in that game, we lost 4-1. The guy who tackled Steve Hunt was a good player, Dave Taylor, who like most of us was a City Fan. That was a tremendous night for us. Playing at Highfield Rd, against the City and...

    Max

I think most people just think that he is a reasonable player, a scorer of great goals, who always gives his best and who hasn’t looked out of place in this division. Then there are those who want to deride and belittle one of our own players, even when he played a significant part in a great...

    Major Decisions

We’ve only had one penalty this season, home to Bournemouth.

    Tonights games

Wycombe had a good goal disallowed wrongly for offside. Derby went down the other end scored from a corner, an OG.

"no effort", "most of them can't be arsed"

The first half Saturday was perhaps our worst performance of the season. That was simply down to poor play; noone getting a tackle in on Murphy, Ostigard diving in on Moore, Marosi missing his punch, (why did he also just lie on the floor?) and generally being asleep for the third (I know this...

Based on the performance of the guy who replaced Burge last night, I think Lee will have his place back soon.

    Injuries under robins

Looks like Farke is for the chop too, Norwich a whole team out injured at one stage. That guy at Southampton, he has to go as well. Robins, what is he doing?
