    Cole was well past it by the time he came here though, he wasn't at the level of eg a Strachan where he was still the best player on the pitch. For some reason I think Armstrong's career has peaked now too and he'll drift.

    I agree. The qualifying criteria wouldn't cover dementia sufferers unless they are suffering from some other life limiting condition. I think you should be able to make a declarative statement about wishing to end your life if you are diagnosed with dementia. It is not caring to keep people...
