From what I read, it was a totally faithful account of the incident, which is as you say is the point of the film. I just found the portrayal of the Iraqi soldiers as " lesser " soldiers, who looked ready to leg it at any moment, a bit odd.

I did get the feeling that it was a film that needed seeing in the cinema, as I streamed it on a lap top and you couldn`t really get a proper feel for the intensity of their situation or surroundings as a result.
