League one team of the year.

Baxter has been a striker for the majority of his career and is played in a much more advanced role than Baker-to the point that I would describe his as "withdrawn forward" rather than a "midfielder".

Do you still think it was a great solution?

I don't think any of us thought that, just that continuing under SISU is such an unbearable notion that it would be worth a lot of pain to get rid of them.

What did Fisher say to the players yesterday?

Assuming we're talking.....something more..substantial than water..he could produce that volume in one...serving? Or he liked drinking it in that volume? (good for your skin, apparently...one to tell the missus).

What did Fisher say to the players yesterday?

No need to make sinister things up with these cunts at the helm, is there?

What did Fisher say to the players yesterday?

I might be the only one who doesn't "get" this...what urban myth?

What did Fisher say to the players yesterday?

Does his name rhyme with Barry McDeadknee?

    Ben Turner

Nah it was 750k that got bandied about to the point where I assumed that it was correct. 300k was the amount bandied about for McDonald (although I doubt it was more than 150k).

    Reminder about Libel etc

    I refute this unfounded allegation.

    Players bloody Sunday ?

Having just seen Fleck's goal on Saturday, I'm amazed more people haven't eulogised about the quality of the finish!

Les Reid Tweets re where 'goden share' is....

Well yes we missed out on Collins, due to SISU....the Rooney and Van Persie comments are facetious even by your standards.

    Players bloody Sunday ?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Jordan_(footballer) "As a player he gained a fearsome 'Jaws' persona due to having lost two front teeth early in his career." ;)

    If it is St Andrews

Given that it will make them a profit and it saved a community asset-because I do believe the club is that, and it plays at The Ricoh-yes, I would be very happy. Context is everything.

    Players bloody Sunday ?

Hmm, first post, entirely agree with all of that. Has one of my alter ego's got it's own log-in? I think Barton is my favourite City player (takes cover...).

    The Coventry City Hit List

He didn't play many Premiership games at all, most of his career was in The Championship. I never booed him and liked him as a youngster but he never established himself as a first choice player until we were a bottom half Championship club and there was no other LB in the squad. His limitations...

Pressley thought the team were EXCELLENT!!!!

He also managed us at our lowest level in 40 years!

    If it is St Andrews

Any company part-owned by the City's council has more of a stake in the local economy than a Hedge Fund.

    Not under SISU

If your worry is the death of the club, for me, moving out of The Ricoh is as good as the same. Continuing under SISU is getting very close to it, too.

    If it is St Andrews

Pretty darn certain that a Mayfair-based Hedge Fund don't care about those things..
