Really?? They always get round to filing them eventually, it's just that they always do it late - with the ramifications that brings (not to mention breaking the law). The deadline shouldn't be any surprise to them.

You make it sound like it's a miracle that any company ever manages to do it..... It's a pretty straightforward legal requirement, that well run (moderately well run...) companies meet all the time.

I think the FFP/other revenue issue is a bit of a smokescreen. If that really was the issue (rather than the net cost of the stadium), it'd be easy to solve. ACL give CCFC these revenues - so now the club's turnover is increased and hence their permitted wage spend under FFP is increased -...
