    CCFC Statement

To ease your confusion.... I judge people on their actions. One party has been good enough to come on this site and inform us what is happening. So far I have had no reason to doubt what he says. The other party, well the less said the better.... Hope that helps.

    CCFC Statement

Thanks PWKH. It's difficult to know if the appropriate response is to laugh or to cry. Q. How do you know when a SISU spokesperson is lying? A. His lips are moving. The old ones are the best.......

    so ACL are distressing CCFC

It's obvious that that would work best for both parties. In my view SISU entered the rent negotiations with a reasonably strong moral argument and a very weak legal position. I think that they massively overplayed their hand and in the process appeared to go out of their way to piss off...

Have you read the ACL statement ?

    so ACL are distressing CCFC

If that is so, perhaps you might consider asking yourself why it might be so and if it might have anything to do with SISU's behaviour.

    CCFC Statement

Perhaps an agreement would have been reached earlier if SISU hadn't (in my opinion based on what has been reported) negotiated in the style of sulky teenagers, metaphorically slamming their bedroom door every time they didn't get their way.

Decent, very grounded bloke. Get well soon.

    Rumour: is it true?

There is certainly a rumour that he's broken it, but apparently he's been advised by his lawyers not to comment....

    Arena Construction Completion Report

I can only speak for myself, but my issue with SISU/TF's handling of the issue was that it was so inept. Talk about over-playing your hand....

    Questions for Peter Knatchbull Hugesson

Or perhaps it was just that as an intelligent chap, he saw that it would be a waste of effort to reason with those who have a fixed mindset and so restricted himself to a brief and factual answer. Just a thought :)

American property tycoon will move to buy Coventry if club slides into administration

Or to re-phrase, people are prepared to give (possible) new owners a chance to be judged on their actions. Doesn't sound totally unreasonable does it? Oh and how can JE be "Teflon" if you hold him responsible for so much? Bit of a contradiction? :)

American property tycoon will move to buy Coventry if club slides into administration

It's the "tiny detail" that the administrators that would be in charge of a sale, that (in my opinion) makes a sale a more realistic possibility. If it happens (and that's still a big if), I'd also agree that we don't know how any potential buyer would run the club. We never could know that...

"Drooling over some yanks" . You need to be careful, people might think you have an agenda......

So, now we have a prospective purchaser.

I have posted a number of times previously that it seemed improbable that SISU would sell for a realistic price and that consequently a buyer was only likely to emerge if negotiations might be with someone else I.e. an administrator. For the avoidance of doubt can I please point out that this...

    OK fellow footy pollsters....

And yet less side with SISU even when the "ballot paper" lumps them in with CCFC.

    Let's just wait till Friday

4-2 against Man City was October '77. I know that because it was the night before I went to university! Hat trick for Fergie and 1 for Wallace. Great game.

    Questions for Peter Knatchbull Hugesson

I'd be very happy for you to support yourself in a meaningful way. I'm afraid there's way too much on this site at the moment (from all points of view) where individual quotes are used to "prove" that "everyone" - obviously everyone who takes a contrary view - thinks this or that.

No. I think the phrase I' looking for is "selective quoting".
