ACL claimed that a verbal agreement had been made. If the other party denies this, it's difficult to prove. TF has claimed that he has documentary evidence. This is very easy to prove. Hence the "different rules".

I guess that SISU would argue that even though the registrations were moved into a different company, they were still subject to the same ultimate "ownership". I am worried though, that this could come back to bite us.

Thanks for the comments. I was at an industry conference this week and chatting to fans of other clubs they were all very supportive (and grateful that SISU had never got hold of them).
