    Will you go to Sixfields

    I think you're a character Otis :)

Is this board infested with SISU?

Probably why I struggle to remember much about it! Actually that's not true - the abiding memory is conceding penalties.....

Is this board infested with SISU?

Think my mind refuses to remember own goals - I'll have a stab at Micky Adams.

    Will you go to Sixfields

Nick - just wondering how many members the site has these days? I'm pretty sure this must be one of the (if not the) highest number that have voted on a poll, but I was wondering how many more members there are that haven't (yet?) voted.

    Will you go to Sixfields

Seems to be pretty steady at about 8%.

    Easy Solution

I'm afraid not Andy. I'm pretty sure that OSB has explained it far better than I ever could elsewhere on this forum - but the debt has been written off in CCFC Ltd, but will still exist in Holdings or Otium.

    Oh The irony

Torchy - that's the least of our problems at the moment! :D

SISU are the worst thing to happen to CCFC

It is true that we were on the verge of going into administration when SISU stepped in. None of us know what might have happened if they hadn't. What we do know, is that there are many more clubs that have gone into administration, come out and carried on - than there are clubs that have...

SISU are the worst thing to happen to CCFC

It started there - but it was very very very far from inevitable that this would be the result. It took a very special brand of owner to achieve that.

    Oh The irony

I think the OP was referring to the fact that it's no longer the "Coventry City" Football Ground

    Away support this season

There are painfully few positives to cling to at the moment, but perhaps we will become the first team (I assume) to have greater numbers of away support than home support over a season.

    Easy Solution

Andy- my comment from an earlier thread: My view is that prospective purchasers have found SISU impossible to do an economically rational deal with. After all, SISU would be selling a loss-making company with no assets to speak of, so talk of SISU "getting their investment (whatever that may...

    For what it's worth..

I spoke to the FL today to (politely) express my disgust at their decision. About the only thing that the gentleman who took the call could say was that the FL had to approve the groundshare because it was "not possible" for CCFC to play at the Ricoh and so another ground had to be approved to...

    Attendances

I thought that one of our big problems was that we didn't get the revenue from the parking at the Ricoh. Oh how times change.

Northampton Town chairman: Coventry City can afford rent

You have to say that about the only time anyone could get a smile out of this situation would be if SISU defaulted on the rent payment to Northampton.

    here comes fisher

There's no doubt that the club would be more attractive to a purchaser if it owned the stadium, but I don't think that the lack of ownership is the reason that there's no buyer at the moment. My view is that prospective purchasers have found SISU impossible to do an economically rational deal...
