Has anybody tried this? I tried to sign into my account to check that my season ticket had been loaded up but the only sign-in on the website took me to i follow. I emailed the club, which was acknowledged, but so far no explanation on how to get to my ticket account.

That is true for everything that has happened since SISU came along, and even before then.
