I think if he's used as a super-sub for 15 mins or so he might make a contribution but i doubt that he'll start. If I'm wrong , and he does, and still makes a contribution I'll be as happy as anyone. It's not that he will be denying a place for someone else who is outstanding
Up to a point that's correct but if a club gets a reputation for not treating its loanees fairly it might be difficult to get good loanees when it really needs them.
You can't blame the club for holding off as long as they could considering all of the effort that had gone into bringing around 60 former players to the city for legends day.
I remember a game in the Checkatrade lasr season when we played an "U21" team. Some of our players were younger than theirs but still outperformed them. Some young players find it hard to step up to League football even at our level and take time to adjust. The problem with loanees is that time...
It will leave a worthless football club with no assets.
As I have often said to people who say they want SISU to "just piss off".... be careful what you wish for.

I have knee problems, not severe but aching, so if I am walking a lot or going to football I put elastic tubular strapping on.
They are excellent for keeping your knees warm when sitting at football
