    Confusion over 10pts deduction

With matchday costs plus the 500k escrow account ACLhave already had 800k for the period they are claiming 1.2m. Its not the full amount claimed but its double what they said they would accept fot L1 rent. And its probably more than the administrator would have offered as a restructuring deal...

Don't worry, Coventry City Council have assured us that they have our best interests at heart. They stepped in and provided a low interest loan for ACL in their hour of need. They will do the same for CCFC. Why wouldn't they? :pimp:

I just tried to look up details of title for the Ricoh on the Land registry site but found that council properties seem to be excluded. a search to find why led me to a page on Bury councils website saying " Council land and property For enquiries about Council land and property...

CCFC & the Ricoh CCFC are not wedded to the Ricoh. It is not a comfortable home. They don't own it, they don't even lease it, they rent use of parts of it on a day by day basis. What powers does an administrator have to dissolve existing rent agreements? Is it possible an administrator...

    Mark Labovitch re administration

Yes ob, I no when the olympics were! We don,t know when the payments were received, could not some have been in advance at least in part? Do you have the ACL turnover for the previous year? :pimp:

    Mark Labovitch re administration

'ang on a minute! I smell two rats here..... 1. Turnover to may 2012, 7.7m is that boosted by any part payments for the Olympics one off? 2. your calculation of the rent being one sixth must be based on the "old" rent of 1.2m. Even though ACL are still trying to get it- they won't. No "new"...

    Mark Labovitch re administration

Well we seem to have established that ACL have a sustainable business without CCFC. And the council have put their backing with ACL to secure that business. CCFC have demonstrated that the Arena is not an ideal home for them, so building another home more suitable for them looks to be the...

    Mark Labovitch re administration

you miss my point... ACL get direct income (c10m) from CCFC being present in the Arena - its worthless without them. Why doesn't it go directly to CCFC?... its just like the F&B. It just demonstrates that ACL is a totally unnecessary entity. What is the total for all the fat cats salaries...

    Mark Labovitch re administration

Is it really the situation that ACL get income from the naming rights from RICOH that are directly dependant upon the team playing there? Is there a clause in their agreement that allows them to withdraw if the team no longer plays?..... AND ACL get ALL the income.......??? :pimp:

    Ricoh Arena - parliamentary debate

Very few things qualify as "perfectly legal", and this is far from one of them. Closer to "hardly legal". Whether or not it puts cash into the public coffers depends on the continued success of ACL. It might turn into a loss! No financial transactions are guaranteed to be successful but in any...
