    So if it's Arvo...

whatever happens tomorrow it won't decide the 10 pt deduction - that's up to the football league. Since reports say CCFC have already discussed ground sharing and have agreement from the football league - its probably that they have already been given some word on the 10 points or not. :pimp:

    So if it's Arvo...

I think its pretty straightforward. when faced by a petition for administration from ACL, SISU have chosen not to contest it but have put CCFC holdings into voluntary administration with avro as the biggest creditor. This will give Avro the biggest say in choice of administrator.or maybe doing...

    So if it's Arvo...

Yes, Its what I expected. SISU made AVRO the bigest creditor so their claim dwarfs ACL's claim. Avro are then in the driving seat rather than ACL. :pimp:

What if ACL simply buy Nuneaton/ start a new club

I don't see why, they seemed to have had many supporters on here. they'd all buy it! :pimp:

SISU put CCFC into administration - not receivership!!

I can,t understand ACL being so greedy. In fact they have already had 800k for the last 12 months! Thats already twice what they had tried to deal for (400k)! I don't think they should get another penny! :pimp:

The shocking revelations keep on coming

With the advent of FFP I think we should get them all on a basic retainer, and a substantial bonus for actually playing in a match! some might argue if Sheffers would satisfy that requirement?.... :pimp:

The shocking revelations keep on coming

Don't we get compensation if a player finishes his career through injury? We should bring in a tank to nobble them on the training ground if they go on "rent strike"! :pimp:

    Arena Construction Completion Report

Really? How did they justify spending £14m on rescuing ACL then? :pimp:

    Arena Construction Completion Report

Apparently " Fisher and club director Mark Labovitch, told the Guardian last week that they did not expect a wealthy backer to come in for the club and that alternative arrangements for playing away from the Ricoh Arena were already in place. They had been in lengthy discussions with the...

Why do our potential investors need to wait for admin to buy the Arena?

Its supposed to be a football arena for Gods Sake! not a vehicle for the council to make money! the tail is wagging the dog! and CCC/ACL make so much out of SISU being supposed to develop the surrounding deprived area! it just looks like a £0.5m hole in the budget to develop two hotels...

Why do our potential investors need to wait for admin to buy the Arena?

The last page with the relationship structure speaks volumes! CCFC is not even on it! :pimp:

Why do our potential investors need to wait for admin to buy the Arena?

They are beginning to look very similar! how many layers of companies and holding companies? do they have accounts in the Cayman's? I was wondering if anyone could dig up anything out of council committee minutes!... This will take hours to soak up, if wonder if SISU are reading this forum? :pimp:

Why do our potential investors need to wait for admin to buy the Arena?

I was not commenting on what might be good for a business concern, just what CCFC need to fulfill their fixtures, and the reality of what we currently rent! :pimp:

Why do our potential investors need to wait for admin to buy the Arena?

very valid point, Stokes cost £30m. The Ricoh has a big chunk of casino etc on the side, we don't need that basically we just need the grass and the stands. We have never "rented" the other parts. I am not sure exactly what the rental agreement includes. But relationships between SISU & CCC...

    Fridays outcome?

Well on the face of it that would seem true. But apparently under the current rental agreement it is ACL's responsibility to pay them on behalf of CCFC! Hence under current agreement CCFC paying them direct constitutes a part payment towards the rent that normally includes them. :pimp:

    Fridays outcome?

Well I agree sort of, but CCFC have paid 300k over the period in direct matchday costs normaly paid by ACL. Bear in mind this is nearly double the much discussed average rent for L1. :pimp:

    Fridays outcome?

Thank ob, I see wnere you are on this and don't disagree, although the original contractors had authority for themselves at that time, and there could be arguments of acceptance over a period of time by the current owners. Maybe there could be an arguement that CCFC had no real alternative...
