Wimbledon sold out on day 1

I named Blues & albion. Reading, QPR & Swansea all made the ST only window irrelevant of points and Boro obviously sold out for a reason, it will make GS this season. We didn't even sell out a reduced allocation at Sunderland on the first day of the season. My point is after the first few games...

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

Yes and so they need to start going to mid week away games like Preston on a cold, wet Tuesday to build there points and not moan that they can't get a ticket for a local derby.

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

Local teams yes, relegated teams possibly Leeds but not Saints as its midweek. London teams, QPR yes if playing weel as big allocation but we never sell out Millwall although we do tend to take more each season.

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

Basically, any ST holder for the last 2 years will get a ticket for all away games except Leicester / WBA / Blues this season. People should stop panicking.

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

You said it puts newer fans off following the club away, not ST holders. What I am getting at is that if the system becomes a closed shop, it is possible it could deter a lot of newer fans from following the club away.

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

After Swansea we have Hull & Cardiff away. Big allocations and during the week. Anyone worried about points should easily get a ticket for these ones. Wait for the excuses.....

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

So loyal fans who followed us away when we were shite should miss out now newer fans can jump on the bandwagon?

    Yes exactly my point.

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

Personally, I think its bullshit. Fans who have over 1K points is because they went to away games over the last few years. Why would they suddenly start not going to games just to get the points when the football is so much better.

Wimbledon sold out on day 1

I thought you couldn’t do this because for the Leicester game it would not allow you to buy an U18 ticket without an adult ticket. Why would they suddenly change this for Wimbledon? Kids tickets were also £5.

    Devon sky blues. Pre-season, Exeter.

I imagine the M5 will be one big car park with all the holiday traffic.

Looking healthy on Season Ticket sales

Thats the price not how many we've sold?

    Season tickets

You are correct. A work colleague of mine has been a Man Utd ST holder for 18 years but never goes to home games as he can sell his ticket to a tourist for anything from £500 to £1K depending on who they play. He does this so that he can follow them away and in Europe. For away games 30% of the...

When will Leicester Away Tickets go on sale?

30 points is a bonus and agree it will probably sell out. Bit of a nightmare to get to during the week though.

When will Leicester Away Tickets go on sale?

Frustrating isn’t it. No news on Wimbledon either yet their tickets have been on sale for over a week.

When will Leicester Away Tickets go on sale?

You need to go through your history and check the points. I’m on 1240 and have had a ST for the same period. Like someone earlier said even if you go to no away or cup games you would still have 940 points.
