If he only lasts an hour, or slightly under, at least we can gauge his effectiveness. He might very well be the aggressive attacking element we need against a mean defence like Burton.

Exactly this. We will be there or thereabouts, definitely top 6, however to make that extra push we require another striker and definitely another commanding centre half.

Indeed, confidence is key to a player's game, especially a centre forward. Jackson really isn't a bad striker, hopefully he finds some form at Blackburn.
