    Fisher Lost The Plot

Yes however the club decide to list it at the time. If you have proof who this service is provided by then please feel free as I have missed it myself. Some of it might be agents, though I doubt the fee would be high at this level. I am not arsed myself and I agree, they have done a lot worse...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

As explained to Nick there is nothing illegal or wrong if a company raises an invoice to another for admin or management fees. Their own accountants will produce the accounts each year, they are not independent and yearly accounts open to view via the normal channels is very far from an audit...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

If they do not list who the management fees are going too then the trail goes cold pretty soon.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

So admin fees from one CCFC related company to another, would these companies have anything very slightly to do with SISU?

    Fisher Lost The Plot

As what ? A loan or equity exchanged for debt. So SISU do not charge a management fee ? I was under the impression they did.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

I would say similar happens at most clubs. Billy Bigtime, club legend now a matchday host and part time coach charges Festa City FC £140,000 pa for services as described, other directors of Billy Bigtime promotions Ltd are more than likely involved with Festa City FC.

Their accountancy cost are probably only slightly less than their legal bills.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

It has been know to launder money that way. But if you have an invoice that itemises for example the cost to CCFC for the services of Messers Anderson and Venus and the invoice has been signed off by the football club board it is a legitimate business transaction. Anderson and Venus are real...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

No because 2 companies are agreeing on a commercial transaction. take this as another way of looking at it, Nick SBT Ltd retail use Nick SBT Distribution Ltd to deliver goods to Nick SBT retail stores, there is a good chance this is done at a cost that might be able to be done cheaper by another...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

No because the football club agree to the charges and to pay these invoices, the amount SISU charge is not really silly money in football terms but it is still a sizeable chunk of cash flow for CCFC.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

I would say the ticket money is payed to CCFC who then receive an invoice of SISU or associated company for management fees.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

Some of Nicks and the rest of our ticket money ends up at SISU, without a doubt. Be it through admin/management charges and debt servicing as SISU are a creditor of the club some of your hard earned will end up with them. Not sure why the obvious is so hard to see for Nick.

    Transfer Window Predictions

It's down to money. Previous windows indicate selling a player for a large fee doesn't mean that funds will be released for the squad to be strengthend.

At the half way stage 23 games

I predicted 16th-20th. I've revised that to relegation, unless Slade can recruit 6 or 7 players in January and mood them into a team we are fucked. Thankfully we're only 2 points away from safety, sounds easy, but not with this team.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

Fisher lost the plot 3 years ago when he infamously announced the ship (Ricoh) had sailed. "smoking gun" "Batter people in court" Useles twat.

Can't see a win or a even a draw in this one. 2-1 to the Posh.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

I'd guess any land would be private and the council would only have to be involved in the planning process. If CCC did give it on a plate SISU would only claim problems with other parties, or jumping on reports of a fight outside the Cherry Tree as the reason why investors pulled out.

A good potential site for a new ground in Coventry

The new ground will never happen under SISU, any new owners will probably cut a deal with the dark lords at ACL. SISU engineered talk of this new ground is just deflecting attention (and blame) from the perilous state of the club on and off the pitch.

    We might as well...

Not looking good. The only plus is we are not yet cut adrift at the bottom. However I just can't see how this squad can manage a win.

I might be being thick, but who is this?

I'll say it again as it's struggling to sink in. Last January Mowbray was trying to bring in players at the end of the window, we were offering £800 a week, on the short term deal mentioned. That's not saying players already here were on that and players signed after in the summer are on £800...
