This has to be it now

I'm sure there will be some saying this is not the owners fault but who appointed Venus? First material role and he has as much clue in the role as Iggle Piggle. Hopefully he resigns and goes back to flogging Ryton and the new manager gets here just in time for the annual sell off of the best...

    Worst City team in history?

Even politicians struggle blaming previous incumbents from 10 years previous. Surreal.

    Worst City team in history?

When we loose (heavily) the "SISU out" turns up a few notches. A few wins and it quietens down until a player gets sold. Not arsed at all with today's latest humiliation as all that matters is not getting relegated. If we do we will struggle the same in L2 as our owners will cut the cloth...

New manager - who do you want?? (realistic candidates only)

Whoever it is I hope they get enough of a dead cat bounce to keep us in L1. I've seen half a dozen names above that could do the job. Fast forward 12 months, repeat process.

    SOMETHING ABOUT JR D

Excluding Nick and Grendel on here, has there been any official statement regarding this latest judicial setback from SISU or anyone else connected to the club? Silence appears deafening .

The greatest singers of all time....

Micheal Bolton, he can can sing. Ian Brown is the frontman of the Stone Roses, being in tune is coincidental.

    New Horizon.......

I had a poo brown Talbot Solara, cost me £20 and lasted 18 months fluking 2 MOT's until I drove it into the back of a Cortina. As well as Ryton's finest I had a Triumph Stag, this gorgeous but slightly moody example of Coventry engineering stayed with me for 12 years. God I miss it.

    So how many of you........

If SISU stay we will keep sinking I do not care who takes over as long as it gets rid of these cunts.

How much could we spend ?be

No business person with any sense would invest while we have the current owners. My guess as above is the sale of Calum Wilson and our sell on percentage. I doubt much (if any) will be invested back into the playing budget, but it will be amusing to see the usual defence and diverting blame from...

    Investment on the Horizon?

Red Bull (yes I am getting a bit ahead of myself) would have Wasps beating a hasty path for some kind of deal. it is no secret that they need funds. And if Wasps are as bad as Nick says they are Red Bull would do what they did when they took over that German lower league team, build a new...

    Investment on the Horizon?

Take away being a CCFC fan... why would you buy us ahead of well, just about everyone bar Accrington! As mentioned before potential, history and the cost. SISU would walk for a lot less than the owners would want for a traditionally similar sized club in the PL or Championship.

    Investment on the Horizon?

One club city with history and good potential fan base. I guess we would be a lot cheaper than say Derby County.

    Investment on the Horizon?

We are probably the most attractive prospect for someone to buy and build from almost a standing start. After Oxford on Saturday I do not care who it is, if they are investing and/or getting rid of SISU then the only way is up, we are bouncing along the bottom. No owner can be as bad as SISU,.

The Chesterfield 'Halloween' protest-a step too far?

I am inclined to think that if this was aimed at Ann Lucas certain members might be making noise in the opposite direction.

The Chesterfield 'Halloween' protest-a step too far?

I agree with BL, this is mild.

    Tesco parking

Sorry I was a bit vague there. I am in the haulage business, I have managed 4 of these so called parking fines around the country, never had one at the Tesco by the Ricoh.

You have 24 hours to live on this .............

FA Cup final. 4-3 Spurs 1986 when Regis scored the winner in injury time. 3-2 Arsenal 1999(?) I have never seen a City team look so good, the score flattered Arsenal. I feel sorry for young fans.

    Chocolate Teapot?

Wasps are skint, they would have to bring in outside money probably.
