Its all about mentality and culture. Both Robins and currently Lampard (who's only been here 5 mins to be fair) seem to not be getting a tune out of players who are deemed talented - by our peers. Recruitment looks to have been good. But just not worked weirdly.

Just have always liked the look of him. Aggressive, direct with the ball, wants to attack and press. I'm obviously no expert! But I think it would be a mistake if we let him leave.
