    Anyone got any good evidence..........?

He won't come on. Just said on CWR that he's unavailable.

    Assets

If it turns out we've been playing with football players and football shares in different companies, points deductions will be the least of our worries. It would be more a case of the FL throwing a dart at the league pyramid and telling us what division we are in next year depending on where...

    Anyone got any good evidence..........?

What worries me slightly is he sounds a little victorious in it. It's like he thinks they've won.... Have they (sisu) and we just don't realise it?

£60m debt. Sisu doubters proved correct

It's not as simple as that. My experience is very limited in this regard, but the administrators take over, they look to see if the business can continue, if it can they look for a settlement with everyone owed the money. A pence in the pound agreement is usually reached. A buyer is also needed.

    What happens if liquidation

This clean slate people seem to want sounds great... But in reality doesn't really exist. Sod it, I'd take it if we could go down just 2 divisions but with a fresh start financially, long term it would be better.. . The only problem is that the start wouldn't be as fresh as you think. Also it...

    Fisher last summer

Said SISU had converted 35m debt to equity. Anyone remember this? So I'm hearing that it's coming out in court now the club has 60m debts (still). Is this new info or based on the really old accounts. I hope someone has a recording of that statement by him. If it comes out we've still got...

Official - we are in administration already

It would give the cameras something to focus on, better than filming the building just sitting there.

Official - we are in administration already

If the football league may get a say on who gets control back. Maybe we should show them. Those that can, get up the Ricoh while the cameras are there demanding SISU out? Let the world see what the fans think. Now is the bloody time. I can't go myself but I'm sure a few can. Get a good...

Official - we are in administration already

So a new investor can then buy out ccfc limited and with it the right to play football? (its the share that gives this) So PH4 or someone else could buy this out and leave Sisu with no right to the club.

    £1m plus

The average champ wage is just that though. Average! So it includes all the reserves and youth team.

    £1m plus

And at least 1/4 of it goes on a few players. Wood can't be cheap either

Why should clubs be docked points

You are assuming a 10 point to deduction. What about 20 points? That puts us near the relegation zone. What if it's 15 next season? What about 30 like Luton got. What if they find Sisu to have acted in such a way that they think that's not enough. 1 relegation, 2 relegations are not unheard of...

Preston Haskell IV to buy Alan Higgs charity.

Before we think too much about this let's just see what tomorrow brings. It could bring a 20 point penalty and us keeping Sisu.

    sky sports now

If true that CCFC Limited has the share, could SISU now be in real trouble? PH4 could in theory now buy CCFC Limited and therefore the football share out of admin. Ok, none of the players contracts in that company, but wouldn't they have to follow the share? Interesting development if true...
