CCFC Ltd (in admin) Directors Liability

Public stoning in the Ricoh. Half time entertainment. Bring your own rocks. Might improve the condition of the pitch also.

How can the Club argue that the 2 Companies are not linked?

If everything else is in the Holding company I would guess that is too. The question though might be more like "WHEN did the football share get transfered to the Holding company?"

How can the Club argue that the 2 Companies are not linked?

I wonder about this as well. At what point did all the trading and licences get moved up to the Holding company? Usually a company is called 'Holdings' when it doesn't deal with the day to day trade, but sits on top. I'm curious how ccfc holdings is suddenly the main trading company.

No more games at the Ricoh

It's all a lot to take in, but I was starting to find my thoughts going that way for a few mins. Then I thought I'd calm down and just see what happens tomorrow

    Non-Operating Subsidiary

Correct. But it sounds like they've done a quick jiggle around. The legal ramifications of this will be massive. This won't be a quick resolve. This could set a precedent for all football and other sports.

    Non-Operating Subsidiary

Now you see Arvo own the debt, and I'm thinking it's actually not them under admin. It's coventry City FC limited. I'm not sure what their real situation is. A non operating subsidiary will generally just exist for balance sheet movements but not trade.
