    Passion at MK Dons...

My son was in Colombia during the world cup and when he came back he said 'I now know what's wrong with English football...no passion'! So let's show some on Saturday. Get in!

    Is there something brewing?

I'm beginning to wonder if there isn't something going on which might just surprise us. There seems to be a just the hint of optimism about this coming season. SP has 'broken ranks' as one thread put it, we seem to be attracting a decent sort of player..why? I'm sure SP himself is a great...

    None of us really knows

Truth is none of us really knows what's going on...yes it's a sad day to lose Callum, but it was always going to happen...and the question I'm asking myself is 'why would we be looking to sign a couple of wingers if Pressley hasn't got a plan'? I believe he does have a plan and a suitable...

    IF we are promoted.....

If we were promoted , what would sisu do then? We couldn't stay in Northampton surely, and there won't be a newly built stadium to move into, so what then? I suggest that to gain promotion is our quickest way to return to the Ricoh.

    We're a complacent lot....

I'm beginning to think we're a complacent lot of fans, who seem to think the problem is somehow going to go away without us having to take any REAL action. We seem to think huffing and puffing away on this forum is somehow going to make a difference. It's no good just shouting at sisu...

So what ARE we going to do...

Surely the time has come to up the ante!! How can we make it really uncomfortable for sisu? Obviously what we're doing isn't enough. With the play-offs still in reach, but only just, sisu don't give a monkey's. It's needs an all-out boycott at sixfields for starters..one things for sure, with...

An example for Sixfields and beyond!

Last night's WHY/WHEN demo was very moving...even those I watched with, who are not really football fans, felt so. So can this be continued at Sixfields? It's really asking so little for those who attend games in Northampton, to take with them in their bag, that simple question, and hold it up...

    Banners & Chants at Sixfields

Personally I'd like to see those who go to Sixfields, taking advantage of the situation to demonstrate with chants and banners. I'm sure even they would rather see us back at the Ricoh, so instead of just accepting the round trip to Northampton as 'it is what it is'....they should be letting...

If the fans owned the club....

If we owned the club, would you be happy to play outside Coventry if the Ricoh wasn't available? So in other words, what's more important, who owns the club or where we play? And let's try and leave names, Sisu et al, out of this one...this is not about your thoughts on present ownership or...

    Love this quote...

An ACL spokesperson said: "We are aware of the result of the High Court hearing which has allowed the application made by the owners of Coventry City Football Club to progress to a full judicial review. At present we are focussed on running our business as we head into the busy Christmas and New...

    Pressley on cup clash...

"I want these players to make a name for themselves in this competition. For the last 26 years since winning it, we have reached the quarter-finals on two occasions, but have progressed one round or less 19 other times. "The fans of this football club have been starved of relative success, no...

    FA ticket madness

WTF!!?? One ticket per person!!! What does that mean? If I buy four tickets, one is for me and the others are for 3 other individuals each wanting one ticket!! Or do I have to take three mates with me to buy them, just to prove I won't be claiming 4 seats all for myself!? You know, so I can...

    Calling all London based fans...

If we can't get to the game, is there a pub in South London us London based fans can get to? Or anyone with BT Sport who wants to hire out some space on their sofa (big sofa...there'd be four of us)? In the meantime, anyone know what the ticket situation is? I'm not a season ticket holder...

Time to move the protest inside...

Watching the game on TV yesterday it struck me how ineffectual the protest and presence on the hill is. I haven't been to Sixfields yet, believing it the right thing to do if we are to make our feelings felt. But I'm beginning to think the protest from the hill isn't working and it's time to...

    Smoking footballers

As I mentioned on another post, I remember Ernie Machin sitting on the bench puffing away after being substituted...it was all perfectly normal then. So long as you did your job on the field, that was all that mattered...Wilshire isn't doing a bad job so what's the problem? And I speak as a...
