London Wasps Holdings own the stadium (Wasps). Moonstone owns 98% of Wasps. MGI owns Moonstone, and Derek Richardson is the majority holder of MGI.

Rugby clubs might vary the grass length, but they'll want grass and good root structure, more important in rugby than football, so I suspect it's one of the top priorities for wasps to try and fix.

That would be my thinking, own 100% and give CCFC a very good deal on the rental agreement in order to keep them.
