    Chuffed with the news.

What is 100% clear, and CCC are too embarrassed even to acknowledge, is that after all the sixfields stuff CCC are now facilitating a franchise and a club being taken from its community and heritage, against the wishes of its supporters, and accommodated in a place with which it has no...

    Chuffed with the news.

He's got to be a WUM. Anyone for a rousing chorus of "In our west London homes" or "we love franchises and we love franchises - we are the franchise - lovers"

    Fight!

Unity is indeed what we need. Only the Trust - through its democratic organisation, numbers etc - can deliver that. I always opposed kcic being split off from the Trust and am pleased kcic's job is done. Time for GBTTR to say the same and have one united group ie the Trust?

    Pathetic turnout

A big thank you to you and the others who were there and were representing all of us who couldn't make it today. The Trust's letter is excellent and with a bit more time and the Trust leading the next one should be a lot bigger!

    Open Letter To Coventry Council

Excellent letter - unite behind the Trust!

    Fight!

If people want to stop this happening it can be done - I keep saying we've got to unite behind the Trust but really could do with some leadership

    Fight!

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. I need something to distract me from the misery

    Fight!

A flippant way of making a serious point - if all the arguing and points scoring on here today was channeled into something a bit more productive...

    Fight!

Or everyone could now see and agree that sisu and ccc have their own priorities which are not the best interests of the team and fans, and we could stop fighting each other and instead fight for our Sky Blues. Just a thought

    Fight!

Reading various threads it seems like a little disguised re-hash of all the old pro/anti acl/sisu stuff with lots of personal points scoring and the usual heroes/villains. So there's only one way to decide this....Fight! 1pm @ the Council House: Simon Gilbert v Les Reid, Rob S v PWKH, Grendel v...

A vote of no confidence in the City of Coventry?

I really am desperate to be proved wrong and the wasps deal, assuming it is agreed, turns out to be great for CCFC and Cov RFC. But every bone in my body tells me the deal is wrong on every level - bad for Coventry City, bad for Cov RFC and bad for the identity of Coventry and its citizens...

    Protest Tuesday

Agree. We all need to unite behind the Trust

    Protest Tuesday

For the umpteenth time, kcic did its job and it's now up to others to do their bit - anything I post on here now is as an individual fan.

    Protest Tuesday

Agree entirely but someone/group needs take a lead on this

    Protest Tuesday

with my usual mantra of team and fans first (and acl-sisu's priority is their own finances not the team and fans) I've always argued that an application for the ricoh as an asset of community value should be made and it's still not too late (nearly)

    Protest Tuesday

Beginning to feel like this is a sign of how many people have given up on CCFC and/or feel defeated. If at Highfield Road we'd been told we were going to be the junior partner to a west London rugby club and Wasps signs started to go up on the stands do you think no one would have done anything...

Both the scenarios you suggest - Stu and Otis - are entirely believable but both are negative. Is there any positive way forward?

    Skyblues Trust-why no action?

Just for info, as a legally constituted body the Trust has a clear constitution and you can't just turn up at any meeting with a proposal and ask for a vote. The rules are all on the Trust website. I have no doubt the Trust is working very hard behind the scenes but I feel very confused by...
