Wonder if ACL will sue SISU for the "unlawfully withheld rent" ? Time somebody put SISU on the back foot and tried to distress them. Might force them out.

Knocks back SISU's hopes of distressing Ricoh stakeholders to gain ownership of Arena ? If this is confirmed on (expected) appeal does that now mean SISU have absolutely no connection or leverage re Ricoh ? Could have knock-on effect on the whole of SISU's strategy ?

All those who are in favour of a new club need to get together and form a single way forward. Possible investors like Haskell, Hoffman and Elliott together with the SBT who have over 2000 members need to be involved. OK, you won't take everybody with you, at least not to start with, but...

No we wouldn't. If you read about Chester, they were slotted in 4 steps below League 2. The criteria are ground, support, catchment area. The Ricoh is far bigger than the Deva Stadium, we have better support, and a larger catchment area.

Hope something comes of this, but SISU really have to get their PR sorted. If they are serious about running a football club they have to be much more transparent about what they are doing, and why. Failure to do this has led people to believe that every action they take has a hidden agenda...

Business wise SISU are sharp, and you tangle with them at your peril. Other aspects like PR they have been poor though.
