Cliche, but you are only as good as your last game. Potential is the important thing. Leeds I get, big city, big crowds big club. Even Villa went down to 8k when they were in the third tier. People say Forest are big but their city is smaller than ours and is a two club city. With billionaire...

    Horrible Feeling...

As Bill Bailey said, "I'm British, I crave disappointment. My eldest daughter who is an occasional fan pointed out Cov fans are never happy. Example, we beat Sunderland 3-0 and someone rings into CWR saying Simms is shit.

Burnley 26 unbeaten, conceded 11 goals all season. Best defensive record in Europe. A real tough challenge. May the force be with us.

    Jake Bidwell

Like all players, their form fluctuates. Bidders has not been at his absolute best lately. Hopefully a temporary lapse in form. Not great against Derby or Sheff U, but neither were the rest. JDS has been brilliant in the last couple of games. However against Diaz I feel he would have struggled...

    Mason-Clark Appreciation Thread

Thought against Sheff U he was marked really tightly early on and his marker seemed to get the better of him. Was partially at fault for the second goal (which killed us off). In the second half, he was getting acres of space and should have picked out better crosses. Bidders was a bit slow on...

Disagree, one of their players mis kicked in front of goal when he should have scored, Cannon shot weakly when he should have put Hamer through who was unmarked and Cannon was too slow and got caught up when he was way clear. Apart from that, for 15 minutes in the middle of the second half, they...

    Initial prognosis

Absolutely agree for certain games especially away. Derby showed a team that defends deep causes us problems.

Sheff U to go up, get relegated next season and Wilder to be sacked. Wonder what odds you can get.

I get we got stuffed at Leeds this season using this, but sometimes the Robins and Viveash plan of playing two defensive wide players against the top 3 away gives you a better chance of getting something out of the game. They used Maatsen, JDS and MVE in the wide attacking roles several times.

He has a mouth like a poodles arse. I didn't mind it when he played for us.

I disagree. We looked toothless up front until the last 10 minutes. The defence was all over the place and they should realistically have scored 5. We escaped an even worse drop in our goal difference. Their goalie had virtually no saves to make. Our first corner was way into the second half...

Agree. He deliberately tried to wind up Grimes at the start, was late on Dovin and MWE leaving them both needing treatment. The ref was soft on Sheff Utd.

    The final 8

My worry is every game for us is against a team that either needs points to stay up or to get into the playoffs. Even Portsmouth who are not safe can be a tough proposition on their day, like Derby. The Middlesborough game may be easy if one team is out of contention. We look pants away...

Managers who think they are going to win often do. No point winding up the opposition. See Notts County when we played them at their place in the playoff semi.

    Loans (again)

Ayari looked a classy footballer with a good touch and passing ability who was way too lightweight for the rough and tumble of the Championship. Teams targeted him as a weak link like they do Tatsu ie they kicked Ayari out of the game whilst Tatsu is older and more savvy, but has still sustained...
