Leave to appeal - yes or no ?

either way they can still technically appeal whether its an appeal or an appeal against the appeal rejection. however if the leave to appeal is rejected SISu could technically cut there loses and just move on... which in itself will be a good indication on whether SISU have changes there spots

Enough is enough - Friday is D-day

Maybe this just sums it all up

This has actually caused arguments in my house! My wife and her family are villa fans (I know i didn't realise at the time) but so far i have managed to resist my son being taken to the darkside.

Enough is enough - Friday is D-day

If the money is indeed under the FL control then ACL may be willing to accept that in the process of being paid *or at least out of SISU's hands?

    Pride...and anger

No they were offered rent on a sliding scale where in league one they would have been on a much lower rent. due to the aspirations of the club to bounce back to the top flight this was rejected.

    Pride...and anger

i think the point is "ASSISTED", the club asked for help and got it.... rather than SISU's modus operandi of DEMAND and get nothing so then stop paying the rent.

    Pride...and anger

certainly all this posturing and statement bullshit needs to stop they all need to get around a table to sort this issue out. But saying the FFP is a smokescreen gives it more credit than it deserves because we can all see through that bull. to say we can't go back to the ricoh because of FFP...

    Pride...and anger

Not sure the ball is in Joys court now though... with the Open letter following ACL's pay up and drop the legal stuff.... Hopefully ACL will accept that the 590K has been put in an Escrow with the FL pending their decision as acceptable and should the JR appeal be rejected today SISU will let it...

    revenue streams

When SISU talk about "needing to own our our stadium to access all revenue streams" what exactly are they referring to? Obviously: -Food and beverage -Parking But what else could possibly equate to the value they are currently losing in Northampton?

    Labovitch Email

Comical Wal certainly but unlikely to change anything... unfortunatly Joy (Such an Ironic name) needs to be the one doing the talking. I genuinely believe Tim was happy that he had got the best deal he could from ACL agreed with it and was happy only for Joy to say no we can do better.... and...

    CLUB STATEMENT - JR Verdict

    Judge blocks further Action

It's actually all a CCC conspiracy to distress CCFC... They are encouraging SISU to take legal action they know they can easily defend to financially distress SISU to obtain a change of ownership... Or it could be SISU are acting like petulant children.... which judging by the 2 statements...
