    Road closures

I know what the highway code says, but my point was not one of legality or right of way. Obviously it is incumbent on all of us who use the roads; as pedestrians, cyclists, car users etc... to act within the law, use common sense and with safety as paramount. My point is that there appears to...

    QPR Tickets

Site worked fine for me on a desktop PC using Chrome. Ticket release to 1200 was a tad delayed, think they went on sale for that bracket about 10:06.

    Spent £10m on L1 players

I guess it's easy to say, and can be said for a lot of our attacking players, but it looks like a lack of confidence with EMC. I can see him going on a bit of a scoring spell once he gets his first.

    Road closures

I standby that I completely understand why they have to close roads off for football games, even if I do not completely agree with it. On Saturday, on Lythalls Lane, by the Cherry Tree pub, a car was trying to turn right onto, I think it's King George's Avenue, towards Foleshill Road, anyway...

    FC25

Probably a minor issue, but a slight irritant is how many different nationals are in youth set ups regardless of team. Our academy, for example, will be scouted from mainly local teams from the local area. I doubt an academy like Coventry City will have a large proportion of non-English players.

    Things that annoy you

Not as bad as the players on the pitch, but the LED advertising hoardings. Think two of them were glitchy, as it was like someone took a picture with a camera the size of the Hubble Space Telescope when switching this weekend. I get the reason for them. Still annoying, though!

My record as the Coventry City team on Ultimate Team is 2 wins, one draw, one defeat. And, I can't shoot for toffee, and Thomas-Asante is not helping!

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Right, gotcha. Sorry for any confusion. Couldn't agree more with that. We've all got our own shit, despite detesting people in general, it's best just not to be a c**t, is my adage.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Wait, sorry, but I was talking about societal causes for obesity, but talking personally about personal responsibility. I wasn't trying to insinuate Shmmeee was talking personally as I don't know him. Hope that makes sense!

Whenever you notice something like that...a wizard did it

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I see what Shmmeee is saying, about society enabling the causes of obesity but, as you say, you have to accept personal responsibility, and I say this as a fat guy. I am fat because I drink too much fizzy pop, and I am trying to cut down on that, but it's my fault, no-one else's.

The UK banking industry is the only banking industry in the world that is compelled to refund victims of authorised push payment scams within 5 days, and is compelled to refund victims of unauthorised fraud payments by day +1, unless it suspects the claim itself is fraud (once scams are moved to...

Yeah, apologies, I do not mean to say Rudoni is at fault himself, only his role as a free roaming midfielder.

    Referee

The referee today was tragically bad. A positive was, he literally gave every niggly foul, regardless of the team. Negatives, in the first half, he booked Bidwell, Sheaf and Eccles but did not yellow card similar challenges by Wednesday in the second half. Every time Beadle time wasted, he...

    Robins has to go…

You do realise you are calling people out for knee-jerk reactions, whilst alluding to something I said in response to people calling out Eccles, yet you have no idea what my feelings were before the Blackburn game. You also only responded after the game today to said comment, so you used...

I'm starting to think Rudoni playing the free no 10 role is causing teams to overload us in the centre. Revert to a flat three, with rotation, hopefully should go some way to negate that.

Match Thread Coventry City-SWFC Match Thread- Saturday 5th October

I was shocked less about the absence of a red card than I was with the lack of response by our players. Pretty much only Sheaf (I think) immediately reacted. If that was Sheffield Wednesday, you know they would have four or five players in the referee's face claiming it was the worst challenge...
