Because they realise they have to improve and impress a new manager/coach. Nothing unusual in the improvement in the circumstances. There were signs of improvement under Robins.

Sheffield United will be really determined to see this game out. 10 men or not it is going to be tough for us.
We have looked good going forward but still look too vulnerable to the counter attack.
