I think having them involved is part of their development. I think managers and coaches are better qualified in how to develop players and they do work with them everyday. I am sorry but fans will try anything out of desperation, but they rarely have real solutions to on field problems.

A lot of our goals conceded have come from us giving the ball away in our own half and the defence have been immediately overloaded. We have got away with several too. A lot has been down to individual errors, rather than tactics or coaching.

What about the player's, they are the ones on the pitch! Coaches can only do so much, once the players are out on the pitch it is up to them to sort it out and react to what is happening in front of them.

When he is fit I'm sure he will play - what more do you need to know? One alternate is to play him when he is not fit. Second alternative is to say he will be fit next week, then when next week comes say actually he isn't fit yet. Would the alternatives make you feel better?

He was getting predictable before his injury. Beat his man then cut back and try and beat him again. It might be a crowd pleaser but it kills our momentum and he often loses the opportunity to put the ball in. Defenders were starting to read him before his injury.
