    QF Draw

Maybe slightly carried away, the bookies suggest there's a 20/1 chance they are the semi finalists though...not too outrageous...ok, where are those salts!

Semi-finals: Man City Liverpool Chelsea Coventry Not bad company at all, i'll take Chelsea and then beating Klopp in his last game after they get knocked out the champions league in the semis...

    Proud Sky Blues

To half answer your question, yes there is a text line (i'm only half answering because i dont know the number!) but its on the screen pre-game every week. Definitely the right way to go about things if not comfortable enough to say something directly or to a steward at the time.

1 game behind closed doors would be about right i think - closing a stand is irrelevant to them, a fine wouldnt bother the fans and wouldnt change attitudes. I would be fuming if i couldnt attend a game because of other fans being racist, so feel for the normal fans, but they should be used to...

    Maidstone Tickets

You can, i did the same, upgraded daughters to adult, it just made me pay the £15 as opposed to £13 discounted. I'll get over that! still added to ST card too, so that'll be fun if the stewards decide to check on the day!

    Callum contract offer

The benefit being if he gets injured in the next 20 games he would still have a contract past this summer - low risk probably i get your point he will get better offers in the summer elsewhere, i think that's guaranteed, and why i think he wont be here next season. i don't think we will offer...

    Callum contract offer

I think we have some sky blue tinted glasses sometimes... i'm not saying he's not a great player but to assume he would start for the "promoted" teams i think is wrong. Leeds have Summerville, Rutter and Gnonto Southampton have Adams and Armstrong Leicester have Dewsbury Hall, Mavididi, Fatawu...

    Callum contract offer

If we don't go up, he's 100% gone, if he was going to buy into us again next year and another chance at promotion, he'd have already signed the contract. I'm not sure how many offers he'll have, the step up is huge and there's not many teams in the prem that he'd be getting game time, one of...

    Allen injury

The ref did go and speak to him - but chose not to do anything else! Although am i right in saying that if he gave a yellow it would mean he couldn't retrospectively be banned or "given a red" because the ref had been judged to see it?! Maybe the fact he did nothing will mean retrospective...

Match Thread Coventry City - Millwall FC Match Thread - Sunday 11th Feb

i thought Dasilva was one of the best players on the pitch last night and at home against Millwall we shouldnt need Bidwell as defensive back up. Lets go more attacking, i wouldnt be against the same team bar the GK changing

Match Thread Coventry City - Sheffield Wednesday [FA] Match Thread - Tuesday 6th Feb

exactly this...i've said on here before that most of the time its fans fault for arriving late... last night wasnt There were issues with the paper tickets not getting scanned on some of the turnstiles. the stewards last night we're appalling (not the security check ones), there were loads of...

Match Thread Coventry City - Sheffield Wednesday [FA] Match Thread - Tuesday 6th Feb

would be good to use this game to work out how best to cover Sheaf missing for a few weeks, and i'd also like to mix up the front 4 a bit, bar Sakamoto i've been disappointed in all of them recently and its clearly where the problem lies. Maybe try Wright as the actual striker, Da Silva could...

Match Thread Norwich City - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 3rd Feb

Its almost irrelevant how well we are playing and how shit Norwich are playing, we never seem to beat them, just checked 2009 last time! 2.1 loss but season well on track still

    Simms

Im certainly not writing him off, he's had the least minutes of the strikers and more broken runs of games as well. For me he is a better option than Godden, who has barely even got on the ball the last few times he's played. He occupies at least 2 defenders at all times and it looks as though...

    O’Hare to L*cester

You missed Sheaf, for me he would be the biggest loss in the team right now, closely followed by Kitching/Thomas too, Wright also stakes a claim, its refreshing we're not reliant on 2 players any more!

Match Thread Sheffield Wednesday - Coventry City [FA] Match Thread - Friday 26th Jan

been on the winning team and celebrated I think the club would rather KP didnt play, but i think KP will want to play and the club will back whatever he wants, so i think we will see him tonight, and i cant see a significant amount of boos coming his way so think we'll get through the game ok...

    O’Hare to L*cester

The only teams i can see taking a punt on him and paying a fee in Jan are those fighting to stay up in the Prem. Everyone else will hold on till he's free in the summer I imagine, dont think he makes a difference to the auto promotion contenders at this stage

    Do we even miss Hamer?

i have no doubt we'd have more points if Hamer was still with us...so its quite an easy "yes - of course we miss him"
