    More from Derek Richardson...

Always room for further questioning, I accept that. But after 40-minutes on the phone you will appreciate there's a limit to how long I can keep going! That doesn't mean there will never be follow ups. The interview provides a starting point if nothing else. RE the franchise comments, I'd hope...

    More from Derek Richardson...

Dismisses concerns over losses at Wasps and ACL, talks about plans for the Ricoh, rejects suggestions of a lack of "staying power" for attendances and explains reason for basing business in Malta. http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/wasps-owner-derek-richardson-the-9048381 You...

Wasps owner Derek Richardson explains Coventry move and rejects "franchise" tag

Yes, I'm sure the letters editor would provide you with style guidance! Keeping it civil, short and clean is probably sufficient.

There seems to be a lot of vitriol directed at the CT on here of late, and I'm disappointed by that. Wasps owner Derek Richardson explains Coventry move and rejects "franchise" tag

Wasps owner Derek Richardson explains Coventry move and rejects "franchise" tag

Do you really believe there's some sort of shady arrangement with Wasps where we only give them positive coverage? I mean do you ACTUALLY believe that?

Wasps owner Derek Richardson explains Coventry move and rejects "franchise" tag

Possibly. Perhaps something to consider in future. In all honesty, its presented like this because there was a lot to write / split up and this was the quickest way of doing it.

Wasps owner Derek Richardson explains Coventry move and rejects "franchise" tag

Come on Nick. You may not like the answers, but it's slightly disingenuous to suggest I didn't question him properly. He was asked about whether the move played on his conscience, whether "franchise" rugby was a dangerous path, whether Wasps would ever be accepted as a local team, the location...
