In the 1st half, I dont think they got into our final 3rd more then 4 or 5 times. That’s down the harrying and chasing our midfield, including Allen, did. The press in that half was tremendous, and caused them to give the ball away a lot, leading to attacks from us. no surprise the 2nd half...

Most of the shots off target were actually good chances to score, rather than half hearted attempts with zero chance of going in unless by fluke.

Don’t agree. He covered a lot of ground, as always, but he was also involved in a lot of link up play, made a lot of good runs (but passes didn’t come) and had shots on goal. Hamer first half had pass after pass go straight to WBA, yet people seem to overlook it when it’s him. Admittedly he does...
