Ah so you're one of those that resorts to 'witty' replies when you don't agree with someone? Cool.

    Instant Millionaire!

Yep, great performance by Norrie. Exciting times for British tennis and not reliant on Andy Murray for a change.

And just to clarify, I think Balding, Scott, Logan, Guha, Oakley and Hayes are all great.

Their representation is a bit extreme? The reason for this whole 'debate' is that their representation is anything but extreme - that's the point. Womens football was banned up until the 50s I think - women are decades behind men in terms of training, opportunities and set up in football - and...

    Callum O'Hare - 100 not out...

T'was a bit surprised to see that CO'H has already reached 100 appearances for us. That's gone quick- in my eyes. Great player...arguably one of our best signings in years. If his finishing was even better, we'd be looking at a large transfer fee further down the line. Either way, I think...

I think you're right that budgets aren't tightly ring fenced. They'll spend extra in certain areas if they need it - certainly as far as the team goes.

Ah ok. I was talking more generally as I deal with hotels for sports teams on a daily basis. Getting rates, contracts, proformas etc is a much slower process than pre-pandemic and then ensuring hotels have enough staff to facilitate bookings is also an issue.

Second that - there's HUGE issues with getting staff in hospitality at the moment. Uni students aren't looked upon too favourably due to holidays and hangovers either unfortunately. Going to take a while to recover.

It's been done up quite a bit since then and it didn't come out of the playing budget as Frostie aludes to above.

I can't believe we've spent £30k putting a fence up. Would never have done that in L2. Shows How Far We've Risen.

The training ground upgrades were not paid for out of MRs budget.

    Article on Jodi Jones

I just hope that if he does have 'dark days' that he does open up to someone about it. His words seem like he keeps things bottled up, or has done, so I just hope that as his comeback continues, that he keeps seeking support if and when it's needed. A great talent and immense mental strength to...

Slade legal action over player data

I thought that at first. But then I remember backed to the 90s when I was a teen and got my first ever playstation. I had the F1 game and it had all the drivers on there apart from Michael Schumacher. He was referred to as Driver 1 or something like that. I can only assume that he refused to...

Best striker since relegation from the Premiership

I loved Midsud but at the same time couldn't understand the hype around him. Conflicted.

I know, right? Aguero and Sane don't even play for Man City any more. Honestly.

    Newcastle United Saudi Takeover

The mind boggles when I see articles like this: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/58821131 Particularly this bit: "Many fans want current owner Mike Ashley to leave the club after a 14-year reign, which they believe has been plagued by a lack of investment and ambition". So, I've just had...
