    Things that annoy you

And people who insist on playing music with their car doors open in a residential street on a sunny day when the majority of the population are now at home. Plain fucking inconsiderate.

Does sound like the symptoms we've been told to look out for. Hopefully you can both go down together!

Apart from the chaos earlier in the week at the supermarkets

My sister went to Waitrose in Monmouth. Had lines painted on the ground, everyone queueing 3m apart. One in, one out in the shop, max 37 people inside at any one time. All trolleys being wiped clean between customers. Well-stocked including loo rolls. It CAN be done!

    Coronavirus

Loads of people have had a cough since Christmas - but it'd have to be a mahoosive cover-up if it had been in circulation that long!

    Coronavirus

I think i'm right in saying that they have tested close on the entire population in Iceland (roughly equivalent to the population of Coventry, by the way). Over half of all people who tested positive reported having had no symptoms. That MAY be something in the Nordic genome which makes them...

    Coronavirus

I think it will get to the stage before very long of issuing travel permits to "essential workers" and no-one else can use public transport (particularly the Tube), especially at rush hour.

    Allotment/Veg patch

Not if you net them properly. When i had an allotment a few years back, the raspberries were fantastic. I never netted them - just let the birds have their fill and there were still far too many left for us to consume!

    Alex Salmond

The implication on the news last night was that Jimmy Krankie was in a power struggle with him at the time, and that she insisted on a full investigation based on the flimsiest accusation. I think the Procurator Fiscal has something to answer for here in taking it to court.

    Coronavirus

@Covstu Not belittling what you are going through, and sounds fucking horrible, but do you know if you have had Covid-19, or could it just as easily be influenza? Did you have the flu vaccine back in the Autumn.

    Coronavirus

According to her husband, Linda Lusardi is "at death's door" from Corona, aged 61. Hope she pulls through. But the CovTel article about the 18 year old lad dying "after testing positive for coronavirus" is fake news - his death was unrelated to the fact that he had Covid-19. That sort of story...

    Alex Salmond

I think that didn't help the prosecution's case! His claim was that it was all politically-motivated and exaggerated. But he said outside court that there were a lot of facts, details and evidence which they weren't allowed to use, but which will now be allowed to come out. I suspect he might go...
