The fact it's been allowed to get to such a point of disrepair in the first place. Showers hanging off walls, potholes everywhere, drab decor, nothing CCFC related. I think TM has done the right thing, but shouldn't have needed to.

It's still beyond me that TM had to take £50k from the players budget to get Ryton fixed!
