    Refugees welcome?

No it doesn't. Because you process someone's comments in a particular way doesn't mean you can then state what their reply was trying to convey.

    Refugees welcome?

How is that excusing? It's offering an explanation of how the situation may have developed. People sometimes shoplift because they are desperate due to being homeless, starving, no money. Because I'm aware of that and have been able to convey this information doesn't mean I excuse their actions.

Because (sigh) Coventry and Birmingham aren't currently in Metropolitan Boroughs. When the West Midlands Combined Authority forms, do you believe the population of Coventry will increase to several millions, as you'd need to add all the other towns/citys in?

Yep, that's fine if you want to quote the population of the Metropolitan Borough and not that of the actual towns. I'm guessing when Coventry joins the West Midlands Combined Authority people will flood to CCFC games from Wolverhampton, Brum, Solihull etc, so seems like a fair barometer!

You're making reference to the Metropolitan Boroughs population and not that of the actual home town/city population.

    However, worth taking into account the population of the home teams - 1) CCFC VS Chesterfield - 11,003 (330,000) 2) Millwall VS Southend - 10,228 (23,000) 3) Wigan VS Fleetwood - 8,603 (97,000) 4) Blackpool VS Barnsley - 7,542 (142,065) 5) Swindon VS Burton - 7,005 (185,609) 6)...

Fisher has comment via Cov Telegraph etc since this date, but quite sure this was the last release via CCFC website. I'm quite sure the meeting Rugby Borough Council wasn't on the site, but happy to be corrected.
