    Did Sisu appeal?

Then given what went on before it there was no deal with the charity and that meant no deal to be done with CCC with extended lease or not. So the only real strategy they had was to distress ACL the rest of it was completely meaningless.

    Did Sisu appeal?

Think you will find that's pretty much what Laura deering said in court

    Did Sisu appeal?

That deal was discussed with CCC in the December after the AEHC deal had failed I think. But it proves there was an extended lease available doesn't it. If the discussions were in good faith on both sides...... which would not seem to be the case, considering the court concluded there were no...

    Did Sisu appeal?

AEHC asked for security for the deal offered which was not provided in the exclusivity period, when that period ended they properly told Sisu that they would be open to other offers. Seppala offered 2m because they were a charity which was flatly rejected. Sisu then continued to try distress ACL...

    Did Sisu appeal?

My recollection is that unencumbered was first mentioned by Seppala as the only basis they would come back from sixfields. Reported in CT And repeated by fisher and labovitch That then turned to considering long lease when the strategy began to crumble Lucas was consistent in saying an...

Yep just back from corfu with family and haven't missed it at all. Totally agree

    Did Sisu appeal?

Also returned at a point where Ccfc finances would have been severely hampered at sixfields meaning Sisu would have to finance greater losses or otium go bust in L1 Not to mention the rumours of impending sale that would scupper the Sisu strategy. As ever last minute action .........

    Did Sisu appeal?

At that time the stance tied in with distressing ACL they were demanding something that they and others knew couldn't be achieved

    Did Sisu appeal?

Might want to look at the ricoh arena partners as ACL etc are owned by wasps. There are quite a few others listed It lists ricoh as a partner and I seem to remember that there was a rolling but smaller stadium sponsorship. So I think people are missing that there is still some overall stadium...

Rumour: Hoffman and Elliot takeover negotiations

Ccfc has no net value with or without a stadium deal. The value to Sisu is a ransom value. I would recommend that any potential purchaser Hoffman or otherwise hold fire right now. There is no need to rush in. And definitely should not do so for knee jerk reasons or to keep fans happy

    George Thomas

The accounts provide no evidence that's quite correct. It should be good evidence but is no guarantee. Reporting by CT is no evidence or guarantee at all

    Did Sisu appeal?

The club statement is carefully worded (been away so not commented before) Ccfc is a trading name, legally nothing more than that. The golden share is registered to otium not Ccfc. If otium is still involved then so are Ccfc to think or believe anything else is to believe in the misdirection...

    Did Sisu appeal?

Unencumbered as I understand it meant without ACL and its lease. Complicated and expensive to achieve and even Fisher told me it was just not possible. Was never going to happen, it would left CCC and AEHC totally out of pocket

    Did Sisu appeal?

The 14m was secured on the assets of ACL including a lease valued in the accounts at 18m+ so wasn't based on the overall value of ACL or its sale price at all. The security actually exceeded the loan value Due to be being placed in a distressed state ACL did not have the cash to achieve an...

Actually CCFC do not know who controls Otium according to Companies House Similarly with SBS&L Wasps holdings

    Court Match Thread

The JR process is about what was, not what could should or would have been I think and said many times from the start ACL should have had a longer lease, that opened up possibilities in dealing with the club. However it didn't mean exactly the same could not have happened. It doesn't guarantee...

    Court Match Thread

The worth to CCC Oct 2014 is not the same as the worth to Wasps now for all the reasons I have kept repeating. The security is based on two different valuations provided by independent expert valuers. Investors are not going to be looking at SISU say so when they have published evidence KPMG...

    Court Match Thread

Personally no I don't think they can succeed. However very often going to court is a 50:50 chance and I am not a lawyer. The judge didn't leave much doubt on Friday, and the SISU case seems set in what happened after the decision where as to succeed it needed to be set in what happen before or...

The article isn't written by Reid it seems, it is attributable to "Correspondent" but uses similar language used by Reid previously. Just to be pedantic - ACL has never been valued at £50m, the lease value was valued under Wasps ownership of ACL after Wasps had moved in at 48.5m and that formed...

my reading of it is they have to appeal by Friday. The judge has already told them they have to appeal to the Court of Appeal when closed his session on Friday
