Has it happened post-war in a competitive match? :thinking about:
I can't think of any examples below Conference level since I've supported the club, ie Sutton (89) and Woking (97).
What level were Kings Lynn playing when they beat us in the 60s?
From Cov Mad, not sure if there is any substance to this;
Early Team news
Coventry City could have John Fleck back in the side to travel to Tranmere Rovers tomorrow.
Fleck has trained this week after missing some of the season with a hamstring injury which he picked up in the 4-1 pre-season...
Following on from the all-time fav thread who was your first Coventry hero, and why?
Mine was Terry Gibson. Scored goals for fun in a struggling side including a penalty in my first ever game in 1984.
I was the only Terry Gibson among a sea of Ian Rush's in the playground of St Johns...

Drinking venues for City fans
Coventry Police are recommending the following pubs for City supporters to use at the away game at Yeovil Town on Saturday August 18th.

Just been online to get my ticket. Judging by the seat choosing graphic we have sold no more than 600 standing and 200 seats. That means about 1200 left in all.
Starting to worry that we won't sell this out now!
According to the Yeovil ST holder who works with my wife the away allocation at Huish park is 1,600 (1,300 terrace, 300 stand).
Will we fill that? I'm guessing we will with it being the first game of the season and all.
Not so sure how many we'll sell on a cold Tuesday night in...
I pride myself on being a sad Sky Blue statto but whilst flicking through an old programme I was stunned to see the name of somebody I have absolutely no recollection of playing for us assigned with 'number 9' just after Dion left.
Anyone know who it was (without cheating)?
4 wins, 4 draws, 2 defeats, 16 points. Extrapolated over 40 games we'd currently be 4th in the table.
Who knows what he could have achieved if SISU hadn't ripped the squad apart.
Well done AT for a remarkable turnaround at the business end of the season.
