Nobody is ignoring that but it's literally his job to get more out of the players. We are not a one man team, he says himself it's a good squad & a balanced squad. We're not seeing much/any improvement at all against the poorest teams in the league.

100%. I called it before the game, it was painfully obvious. We've seen the same in the previous 1.5 games but still did the same again. Whilst he's immensely frustrating, BTA should have started with pace & direct running to give them something different to think about.
