Not overly convinced by telling players they are already surplus to requirements mind. Unless they are serious bad eggs, I'm not sure that will do much for overall squad confidence.

Robbins fills me with alot more confidence than other managers in present years. He also seems to be a man who knows his own mind and bringing in a few players with pace and some to back up for other positions can only be a good thing. We need players knowing if they do not perform week in...

Completely agree and as I've just told Nick by pm, I was about to post a 'can't we all just get along post' until I was accused of 'signing up to a forum to cause trouble'. Understand, pressures and time constraints etc but if that is how one of the mods react then what hope is there for...
