League one thread

The fact Leicester have Emil Riis, Bobby Reid and Harry Souttar playing for them and are getting pumped 4-0 at home is incredible
 
Russell Martin is surely done in management when this latest shambles is bought to an end. I wish I could make that much money by being that hopeless.

It was the first time this season we have played a proper midfield 3 instead of 2 and a CAM. The physicality added was huge for us today. Picked up 2 assists though I would not say either were really excellent passes or anything like that. Missed a really good chance just after half time, but just a perfect workhorse performance, putting himself about and getting in the right areas to pick up the ball and move it on. Just what we needed.
 
I'm starting to think Leicester are like some weird experiment to see how many leagues down they need to get relegated before players like Luke Thomas & Okoli don't look miles out of their depth.

Southern Premier Central I reckon.

Going to get a 3 year pay off for about 3 months work. Has taken Leicester into a League One relegation battle and gets to go home to Lucy Pinder.

Wish I had his problems.

Apparently since Southampton were promoted, he has 1 win with Southampton, 1 win with Rangers, 1 win with Leicester and if Leicester sack him he'll have £12 million in pay outs 😂
Maybe he's an absolute genius rather than the world's luckiest cretin.

Did say on another thread when he got the job if Martin doesn't hit the ground running things will get ugly very quickly

When (as I seriously don't see how he turns it around from here) he gets the boot from there his career coaching at a decent level is over and done with

I’ve heard they’ve approached Steve Cooper to take over after the club sale deadline expires.
