Got one in the office. Has hardly mentioned football in all the years I've been here, now acting like the biggest Arsenal fan in history.

Not expecting a win but work will be unbearable, well even more unbearablethan usual, if we get completely done over.

We all remember Cape Verde in the world up right. We can believe, the gap is not that great when we compare it to that

If we do what we did against Monaco we won't get done over. We still won't win but we will give them a proper game
 
I'll be honest i usually have those nerves on a match day but i don't really feel much. I expect us to lose and part of me wishes we were starting with a more winnable fixture, at least if we have to play these it would have been nice to do it at home. I'll be back to nervous shits for the Hull game, vital we pick up an early 3 points from that.

That is my concern with the enthusiasm we have with our players it only takes a miss timed tackle.

One of my earliest childhood memories watching Coventry was beating Arsenal at Highfield Road I think it was a boxing day fixture. Hopefully same outcome tonight.

Why wouldn't they be we are newly promoted and one of the favourites for relegation and they are currently one of the best teams in Europe. Not surprised about the dislike for Lampard as he did okay for another London Club.

Midfield: Grimes, Onyeka and Yirenkyi
Front 3: Tchaouna, Simms and Tats

- Over time I expect Hamer to replace either Frank or Grimes. It will be a litmus test of Lampard that he has the cojones to not play Grimes
- If EMC is fit, I'd play him and drop Tats, Tchaouna switches sides. I expect EMC to shine in the Prem, he has the close control and physicality
- Awoniyi to replace Simms very quickly, possibly for Man City
 
Just heading back to Euston after checking into a hotel. Impossible to get on the tube without singing ‘Mind the Gap Leicester City’ to yourself. Hopefully cracking now around Euston and KX before heading up.

I think your predictions looking quite favourable though I see a 5-1 scoreline. It won't be pretty

I would start EMC and Tats and bring Tchaouna on later. I would probably start Rudoni if he’s fit as well. Maybe Grimes, Yirinchi and Rudoni?

We've only just bought him & you're expecting Awoniyi to be sold to Man City? Wow
 
Arsenal have picked up another injury in midfield. It's new signing Bruno Guimaraes this time 😃 He only cost them 75m

Rice will have to play now it looks without a pre season behind him. This might have evened things out a little

I was gonna post a pic of Claude from AFTV and ask if it was him. Turns out he died a while back. Poss. of a heart attack. Maybe it was his ghost.
