Wright will presumably go to Turkey; hopefully we'll get our money back. MvE will have suitors, but not for the sums talked about in the summer. Loads of others will only have a year left on their contracts; it will be interesting to see who is offered a new one, and who we attempt to move on.

I thought today was similar to Norwich at home where the ball would just not fall for us. I still think we'll go on a run again. No Allen again, him coming on could of made a difference picking up the loose balls

I thought we made changes to late, you could see at half time that Eccles was having one of those days and it felt the three in midfield were not progressive enough.

I would like us to have taken off Eccles and brought on Simms and gone two up as they were just defending.

Towards the end I would like us to have really changed it and replaced Grimes with Onyeka just so the players can’t keep cheating and giving it to Grimes.

You do know this is impossible right?

In fact even assuming everyone else in the top 5 wins every one of their games AND you lose against Boro AND the hopeless Baggies, even when the full time whistle blows on your game at the Hawthorns it's still mathematically impossible for you to be out of the top two.

The ball didn't go in because neither of our strikers can score..must have the most impotent strike force in the division..
