Had this problem and after 40 mins it randomly worked. Guess just keep trying and it’ll work eventually. On the plus side, this shouldn’t sell out fast so you have a bit of time

Don't know where you're sat but just got a response about mine in B35, R36 from the ticket office
I can confirm your ticket is not in the designated 'family zone' area.

I'm away out the country at the moment, my daughter manage to get through but only family stand left and you need a child to go. Ridiculous. She rang the ticket office and they said the same

should of had the family zone open from the start for the people who wanted to sit there freeing up the space in the rest of the allocation, with me on 1000 and my lad on 800 it looks like another TV game for us
