It was set up that way to stop Maidstone fans going in the home end like at Ipswich. But it’s clear any Maidstone fan who wanted a ticket got one, even if via resale. It would be safe to open it up, but of course that’s up to you.

They'll surely do pay on the gate tomorrow. Possibly announce it late.

This is the type of game that would sell well on the door. Cheap and cash in hand.

They could take all tickets off sale at say 12noon tomorrow, then print the remaining ones off.

Not sure they will do that but wouldn't be ideal if there is no POTG.

They really need to communicate the plan today.
I think they are worried about away fans in the home areas, if Maidstone hadn’t sold out I think it would be announced POTG however, they could announce something late afternoon when it would be to late to travel up from Kent, but I doubt it.

I thought Maidstone hadn't sold out!

Didn't the Maidstone supporter (NWS) that's been on here say they had returned 350 or something?

If not I must have misread!

edit - post 722 in this thread - returned 75 so partially correct :)

The 75 returns were going back on sale yesterday. My guess is they would of sold them PDQ but don’t know for sure

Looking like 26k tickets sold …possibly more but who knows? It looks like there are only 1500 -3000 max on sale in the ‘normal’ stands.

Well PorkySmurf …. We’ve had a bad game , but look where we are . With your undying lifetime support for our beloved club …. a hero of our league 2 campaign also. , I personally think it’s best you change your club , to one that wins ever week 👍

Am I right in thinking there is no replay in the FA cup 5th round. Extra time and penalties will be at the cbs ( if required) ?

You’re wrong. Even had a ST in the league two year unlike 95% of this forum. My opinion is worth more.
I've probably seen more games in the last 66 years than you've had hot dinners.Up through the divisions back down and back to where we stand now.My opinion is worth no more yourself or some one watching their first game. What makes you superior?

I’ve given my ticket away to a Maidstone fan. Not going up on a Monday night in the pissing cold to watch that shower of shite.

A ambiguous post? Who is the shower of shit?

Club saying they’re expecting a crowd of 26k.
Good effort for a Monday night

Apparently loads of Maidstone sponsors are trying to offload tickets. Literally hundreds of them available.

They sold all 4800
We sold out in 3 hours of general sale. The club had 75 returned tickets. From comments made there seem to be people trying to sell tickets online (grrrrr).

Non-league fans in the home end won't be that bad. We are used to non-segregation. Honestly, you are all so tribal. It's one reason I like non-league. They are likely to be geriatric anyway🤣

Yeah, much more touchy about it as you move up the leagues unfortunately.

Have to disagree with you though. I do think your fans in the home end WILL be bad. It won't end well I don't think.

It's a shame it is the way it is of course, but it's just not a done thing anymore.

I’d suggest any Maidstone fans (unwisely) risking the home end sit like statues whatever happens.
If not I can guarantee people will have a go and you will end up being ejected by stewards.
