It's not a bad thing necessarily that there is a general lack of transfer rumours.I sincerely hope and expect that there is plenty of activity that we are unaware of and its probably best kept out of the public domsin

I feel like the handful of games at the start of the season where we didn’t score from any corners just completely and irreparably broke what was left of some of our fans’ brains re: Eccles. He’s been great this season, but you know, WHY BALL NOT BEAT FIRST MAN etc etc [smacks self with frying pan]

Probably we could afford him at around 5 million, won’t happen but imagine little old Cov nicking Leeds star man they haven’t the dosh they make out.

Just think him on the left & Tatsu on the right.
We could even set a boxing ring up on his debut so he and Palmer could entertain the crowd and finish their little disagreement from the away game at Leeds.

Did you not look at any of his highlights when we signed him? Very little centre forward play, almost always as a wide attacker (mostly left side). Unsurprisingly that's how we're using him.

I like eccles as a squad player/backup but his corners were and are dog shit

Precisely, to grow as a team on the field you also have to grow off it. You have to have the support network and platform.
